I believe that a person can find answers to life’s questions with the Bible and the Body of believers. I have grown to think that a journal can also be a effective tool for self evaluation, thoughts, emotions, and problem management.

We may not be using all the tools given us for a full life if we don’t pray, read our Bible, fellowship with believers and know our hearts. The journal is my tool for working on me and it can be much cheaper than counseling and therapy.

Journaling is definitely a huge and powerful tool for us. It helps us on so many levels from productivity, spiritual meditation and mental health. I utilize Day One for my journaling.
